          The use of the Service is allowed only to adult users according to Italian law (over 18 years of age). Any use of the Service is also granted to users who are sixteen years old exclusively after the authorization and in any case under the supervision of their parents or of those who exercise their authority or protection, who will therefore assume all responsibility for the work of the minor in the against Box and Paper Srl and third parties involved in any capacity.<\/p>\n

          Users will retain ownership of all property rights relating to videos, photographs, still images, audio or other material (hereinafter, the "Reproductions") that boxandpaper.com has allowed them to publish on its site. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the user grants boxandpaper.com a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable and unlimited territorial license to use (also in combination with other audio and \/ or video and \/ or photographic materials) and, therefore, fix, within the site and \/ or on any other means (be it digital, electronic or paper), reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, display, reproduce the user's Reproductions in public , however, undertaking not to oppose the publication, use, modification, cancellation and exploitation of the Reproductions by boxandpaper.com.<\/p>\n

The user also guarantees that his advertisements do not infringe any copyright or industrial property right or other third party rights. In any case Box and Paper Srl reserves, at any time, the right to evaluate, approve, delete or prevent the advertisement or the right to inhibit the consultation or contact via the reply form to the advertisement in the event that which, at its sole discretion, the use of the Service by the user refers to particular product sections or can be considered to be harmful to the rights or prerogatives of Box and Paper Srl or of third parties.<\/strong> It is understood that even in the case of evaluation and approval of the advertisements (whether automatic or manual) Box and Paper Srl does not give any guarantee regarding the content, completeness and correctness of the advertisements. Box and Paper Srl is also unrelated to any negotiations arising from the use of the Service and therefore does not guarantee neither the goodness nor the outcome of the same, consequently no request for return, compensation, repair and \/ or compensation for any reason can be addressed. against Box and Paper Srl<\/p>\n

Box and Paper Srl can therefore in no case be considered a party or responsible for the exchange of communications between users and the negotiations arising from them. Likewise, Box and Paper Srl cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the failure to provide the Service covered by this contract due to the incorrect or non-functioning of electronic means of communication for reasons beyond the sphere of its foreseeable control.<\/p>\n

                  It is expressly forbidden, unless explicitly authorized by Box and Paper Srl:
                  \n- the use of automatic announcement loading systems, except for those expressly authorized by Box and Paper Srl;
                  \n- serial publication and \/ or management of advertisements on behalf of third parties by any means or methods;
                  \n- resell the services of Box and Paper Srl to third parties<\/p>\n

                  Upon reaching predetermined thresholds for the insertion of the Basic Service advertisements, which vary according to the insertion category and the Box and Paper Srl directives, the user will not be able to insert further advertisements and will be notified via a communication from boxandpaper.com.<\/p>\n

                    Limitations on Publication Content<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    The user undertakes not to falsify his identity and to comply with all the provisions of the law in force as well as the Rules of Box and Paper Srl, which for this purpose the user accepts and acknowledges having to view before inserting any advertisement or to make contact with another user through the reply form. With reference to certain categories of advertisements, the user acknowledges and accepts that the Service may require, for review and security purposes, the completion of a specific identification procedure before proceeding with the publication of the advertisements or to access the Service and \/ or continue to use it.<\/p>\n

                    In this regard, the user acknowledges and accepts that each advertisement inserted will necessarily report in clear some of the above information, and in particular the number of online advertisements belonging to the advertiser and an estimate of the time of use \/ attendance of the same of the Service. This information must be considered the result of approximate automatic calculations and must not interfere \/ prejudice \/ influence any negotiations arising from the use of the Service for which Box and Paper Srl remains unrelated.<\/p>\n

                    The user also undertakes not to use the Service for the publication, transmission, exchange of illicit, vulgar, obscene, libelous, defamatory, offensive material, or, in any case, harmful to the rights of others or messages inciting to hatred and racial or religious discrimination. Furthermore, the user undertakes not to use the Service in such a way as to violate the intellectual or industrial property rights of Box and Paper Srl or of third parties.<\/p>\n
